		<description>Thanks Antti. Regarding the books, they&#039;re really not my favorites(expect the Monk and the Riddle), but I though they were good starting books to mention about. Personally I liked Crush it since it was quote lightweight and fun to read, agreed that it isn&#039;t really that great or consistent.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;(And if someone is reading this, Antti is the guy who founded ArcticStartup and I just came along later on, but in terms of presentation simplicity and case of making a point, I didn&#039;t go too much into details of the actual history.)</description>
